It can be difficult to discuss about Will, Trust and Durable Power of Attorney with your family, but such a plan ensures that your family and financial goals are met after you die.  Dying without having a will, your asset could possibly be under control by the government/state.  By setting up a will/trust can also help dispel potential conflicts after you’re gone.
